Just tried to use the innocent veg pot coupons today at my local T, was told that since they're on offer at 3 quid i can't use the coupons because the value's 3.79. does anyone else have the same problem?

Just go to another cashier or another tescos... It just depends who serves u..

Today I managed to get 3 1p trays.. put 1 through first then at the very end handed him the other 2 trays... he said there only 1p I would grab them all if I was u..

If they say that ask them to enter them in manually. They should be able to enter the actual offer price of the Veg pots if they do it manually. Alternatively you could ask them to get a supervisor or go to CS and ask them to if they will put them through for you. HTH

When that has happened to me, I just say thats ok and take back the coupon (in a nice way, with a smile) and after I have finished and used my other coupons - I take the problem one to the c.s desk and just say the cashier had a problem putting it through, can you help me. :o

Whatever the issue, smile, be nice and stay under the radar - its worth it in the long run. :)

I used the £4 off £40 shop from Asda together with a few others from here. After much faffing about by the SA he managed to scan them all. The till then showed 'over the coupon limit'. Someone came over and without even looking did an overide and it was ok.

Can one of you very knowledgeable and lovely people on here please tell me what the limit is?

    Thanks.

As djl has already kindly answered your question all I will add is dont worry too much about it - as long as your coupons are all legit, just carry on.
Different stores (even within the same chain) have different policies and indeed different staff members have varying limits put on their till usage so you can never be sure - if you know your vouchers are kosher then your fine. :)

Morning, away most of day but wanted to ask what where the "1p trays"??
Hope it was something nice. lol

Probably pop into Sainsbury's later around 3pm to see if there's anything decent being reduced and if so, pick up a few Veg Pots (if any).

  • Morning, does anyone know where the Daily Mail Rewards chat page is? I can't find it!

Had a good coupon shop of £53 to £5 at Mr T yesterday, I found it hard to pick up items I didn't have coupons for!

    Happy couponing everyone!

Asda was 10% limit, that was a few years ago so I may be wrong

    There is no limit.

I had a long conversation with customer services recently at ASDA House.
You can pay the entire amount in coupons if you like.
