What happens for me is that I put the coupons in an envelope, write on the outside the number of coupons and the total amount I expect to be refunded. this only works if driver does not turn up three quarters of an hour earlier than delivery booked, as he was in the area, and thought he would just knock..... and DH answers the door, takes everything in and does not give coupons! :mad: and leaves milk on the carpet until I return at 4pm!!!!

This has happened to me a couple of times before (well, not the milk being left bit....) when the kids take the delivery in if it arrives early. First time I rang the store and they asked one of their drivers to pick up the envelope later on their rounds and still refunded. Second time they just gave me the credit over the phone (was for a Morrisons £6 competitor spend). If there were a few vouchers it may be worth a call and hopefully they can still refund and they may even lob a credit your way for the inconvenience (as it was their driver turning up early that caused the issue).
