    I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks for the Tesco Hovis tip, still got a couple of coupons to use and hopefully get them free with some money knocked off my bill.
Just been back to Morries and got another 6 free Dallaglios, so 12 today. Might try my luck again tomorrow before the offer ends but fancy some smokey bacon Saclas from ASDA - possibly do both! Scared to count my Dallaglios. lol

Can't fathom out the new Innocent link, thought you could win smoothies etc?? Looks like just a game, has anyone won anything yet??

  • I eventually found some in Asda yesterday and bought 2 granary rolls and 2 bloomers at £1.65 each. When I handed my coupons over the SA didn't know what to do because they wouldn't scan so I told her that she should manually enter the price. She then put all four through at 50p each! I told her that I should be getting them for free and she said 50p was fine. I tried to explain that each loaf was quite a lot more than 50p but she said she couldn't do anything about that. In the end I had to insist that she got the supervisor over who eventually sorted the mess out.

I certainly won't be going back there again in a hurry!

Prizes go to the top ten 'pickers' each week - there seems to be a glitch at the moment :(

 So SA's are just randomly making up their own prices now - charming!

Does anyone know if Sains Brand Match with Waitrose? I'm hoping they do so the Bottlegreen goes back on offer :p - nearest W to me is 2 buses away :(

    hi sarah
    compares to A & T

    http://www.sainsburys-live-well-for-less.co.uk/brand-match/

could you APG it as they check against W
presse elderflower or pomegranete/elderflower, only one in stock on mysupermarket at the moment at asda but a quick check before you shop will show if others come in stock

    they are £2.18 A, £2.19 S, £2.19 BOGOF T and £1.09 W

not 100% sure best ways to do APGs though

    Me neither :o

I only like the Ginger & Lemongrass (may have to go cold turkey - I fear I am becoming addicted :rotfl:) and the only place that sells it near me (apart from W) is Sains - I've checked every supermarket in a 10 mile radius :o

Actually maybe I should give it up - shake that monkey off my back :rotfl:

    Good morning folks.

To be honest I know we had coupons to get Hovis Homebakes free but I wouldn't buy it without a free coupon. At £1.65 its rather expensive for 4 rolls or 1 small loaf.
