(what ever happened to Asda customer service with a smile?).
i made a complaint in writing to adsa about a staff memberin my local branch, it took them a week to get back to me, the e-mail was shortb and week, i was told they would forward my comments to the branch manager. they dont seem to value their customers. when i started couponing i had nothing but problems at asda.havent shopped there since, had been using that branch for over 15 years. think im gonna boycot asda.0 -

I just can't believe the change in there manner, previously i found Asda very very good at there customer service, however over past say 2 years it is the worse i have encountered, especially when complaining to h/o.
Now Tesco, even though they get on my wick sometimes, I must applaud them as everytime I have complained they have taken my comments on board, it's not about recieving a giftcard or being bowed down to, i just expect to be treated as a valued customer.

The customer service at Asda HO is bad too.. I emailed then 2 times about them not letting my OH use APG to buy somthing and they didnt even read my email... They just used a standard script on how to use the APG as a reply..and even that reply was like 1 week later..0

Strange coupon taking question, but do you think that Boot's will take the Innocent drinks coupons in an Airport??
Got 2 coupons left (free ones) and may cheekily try to use the in departures. lol - God loves a trier, so they say!!
Managed to get 6 Sacla Dallaglio sauces so far today and coupons scanned (much appreciated).
Morries have the Hobgoblin on offer at 8 bottles for £8 (hubby's fave drink), so get him back and allow him another case or two!! Get another 6 Saclas - printing them now.
