  • In Mr A's last night and they had some Dettol surface wipes at £1.00
Said clearance on the shelf ticket should be over £2
If you use these makes them 50p a pack with voucher
I'll be back later to hopefully get 2 more packs - don't dare use/get more than 2 of the same thing not that brave!!!

How do those 'extreme couponers' in the USA do it???? wish the supermarkets would let us do that over here

    Morning.

Most coupons say that OB, never had a problem with the Bottlegreen coupons - half-price in Sainsbury's @ £1.09 per bottle.
The BIG value is the combination of coupons WITH offers - thankfully.

I don't have a sainsburys near me... tried to use some coupons in tescos and the operator read the fine print of every single coupon, refused them if they were BOGOF... wish I had stores like you guys!
  • Can anyone tell me if they have ever been trouted for an apg in a's- dh went in last night to get a few bits and tried to use an apg with reciept etc

They refused on the grounds that it didn't come from their store as it came from a different store in the next town!

Was going to do my £40 shop there today and use an apg/£5off£40 wanted to check if others knew this was corret policy?

Yes, this is correct in Asda - has to be the same store.

Think you may have just been unlucky, so try and try again. Maybe try the S/S tills, get them manually put through??
Tesco do seem to be tightening up, we have one girl in ours who is a bit "iffy", some good one to pick out though. ;)

Interesting and sort of going back to their old ways? Not sure how brands will like this lol.

Can I ask where your info is from? do you work there?

it started as a marketing project, then went to Operations, then to Trading Legal and Compliance, now it's back with Operations for a decision.

Do you know where i can find this in the terms? TIA

Just that i've been through the whole apg site and can't find it mentioned at all. Makes me a bit cross really that if you go on hols etc and use another store you'll never be able to use your apg. So much for price matching. :(

It will be called a seasonal goodwill gesture to clubcard customers.

So just to clarify, if you are a clubcard customer and you spend more than £20, you can redeem 6 coupons for products you havn't bought and as many other coupons as you like for products you have bought?

    Sorry to be a pest!
