Did it in two transactions to use more conditional spends

Sorry not been around for a while, have had massive probs to sort out :eek: but hey ho.

I've just got back from my local T's (extra) and been told the same CW - from Monday 31st October no competitor conditional spends accepted - they even mentioned S's. :eek: Same as you there are no signs up in store but apparently notices are popping up on the till screens for the SA's and CS to see.

Oh well, as one door closes .........

Just got trouted in Mr T's with my Aldi and M&S vouchers, refused to take either, first time ever had a problem.

Went to customer services desk and was told they dont take either of them and i hadn't purchased any wine anyway as it says food and wine on m&s voucher lol :mad:

She happily added they won't take any from anyone else from sunday!!

Is it worth complaining to HO customer service anyone? Thanks

Hi Pauled,

I had the same problem on Friday (my coupon was refused) so I sent an email on Saturday and have received a reply today apologising for the mistake and they are sending me a voucher for £10! :TSo definitely worth an email. Also they confirmed that conditional spend coupons would not be accepted after the 31st October.:(

Which email add did you send to? or did you just use 'contact us' on the web page?
