Costco Platters

I did a search for a rough guide as to how much Costco food platters are, but I could only find a thread that was over two years old :(...
So, has anyone bought any Costco food/sandwich platters with more up to date prices ? :)

Many thanks

I found the below info on a 2011 thread. Hope this helps.

I'm ordering my food from Costco as I'm also having a buffet - rough prices below to give you a guideline...

    Sandwich platter (48 triangles) £14.99
Large wrap platter (I think this includes over 40 wraps) £14.99
    Bagel platter (36 quarters) £17.99 - I think!
    Anti-pasto platter £14.99
    Medium shrimp platter £11.99
    Dessert platter (I think over 40 pieces) £17.99 - I think!
    Vegetable platter £11.99 - I think!

In total, I've ordered food for about 60 people costing £114. This doesn't include crisps, pretzels, sausage rolls etc as I've bought these seperately.

M&S platters are a similar place and may be slightly better quality.
  • I have no idea about the costco platters, but when I did some research myself (before we decide to get our venues caterers in) I found Sainsburys to be the best value for money (looked at m and s, sainsburys, greggs, and local sandwich shops).
  • We had a buffet at work the other day and the sandwiches from Costco were £7.99 I think, you'd need quite a few for a wedding, though as not loads on there.
