Do you really want a dangerous and pricey 95% mortgage? Why not save a better 10% mortgage with more choice of lenders? Less chance of negative equity in a falling Market.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

brit have you considered how difficult it can be to save? Many people are paying a fortune in rent so comments like 'save more money' can sometimes not help.
Prices may fall but when is the right time to buy?
