Basil Oil?

I recieved a set of oils for Xmas, and one of them is Basil oil... what on earth do I use this for?

    Spinach leaves beef tomatoes Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella sliced and avocado. Then drizzle basil oil, my fav salad. Yummy

    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Toss cooked pasta in it?
    Rub it in meat and cook on a griddle-style pan?
    Salad dressing?
    Fry rice in it, add stock and make a risotto?
    Add to cooked cous-cous, add chopped tomatoes, cucumber and red onion for a lovely cous-cous salad?
