Am looking to buy a particular musical toy for littl'un, cannot find it in this country but have found it in stock on Overstock.com in the USA (they offer international shipping).
Does anybody have any experience, good or bad, of using this company?

Overstock are a reputable company who are safe to do business with.
Do bear in though that if the total cost of your purchases including delivery charge comes to more than £18 then you'll have to pay VAT at 20% as well as the Royal Mail or other delivery agent's administration fee of about £9. By the look of the Overstock's information page on international ordering it seems that they add all these extra costs on at checkout. Nevertheless what may look an attractive price in the first place may turn out to be a lot more expensive than you anticipated. Overstock also charge extra for delivery.

Overstock do have a returns policy but, because they are an American company, you won't be covered by the Distance Selling Regulations or the Sale of Goods Act.0
