has anyone won a budweiser cash card from here?

I won one back in July and have not received it yet. I sent the stuff of as requested and I have phoned 4 times (they said at first it takes up to 28 days now they say they know and are seeing to it). I know it's only £10.00 but when your skint £10 is handy.:(
