i got a voucher code for iwoot and used last night paid with maestro card the remainder of cost after voucher was used.
this morning i checked email my order cant processed due to card problem went to all my local atm's cant do anything with my card put in pin cant access anything, the thing is all other things i ordered last night from other online retailers has processed this morning.
has anyone else had problems with this company like this or has there been a problem with clydesdale bank maestro card.

I seriously doubt that iwoot could have done anything to stop your card working, so first things first you should stop blaming them.

Call the credit card people, they are usually open most days. It could be that if the card was used a lot, their security measures blocked the card.0

the thing is i ordered things from other retailers after iwoot & they have all passed payment process, there is more than enough funds to cover everything.
cant find a number to contact my bank for this problem i will have to wait till tomorrow.0 -

i have just logged on to iwoot to cancel order and sort out with bank tomorrow but iwoot have refused cancellation request why would they do that for the order if it cant be processed anyway it was just for a dvd box set.0
