Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules.

1. Offer open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Heineken group, Jygsaw Brands Ltd and any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families.

2. Closing date midnight on 31.01.12
3. No Purchase Necessary. To enter, visit facebook.com/newcastlebrownale and tag yourself and tag the 3 friends you would invite to accompany you should you be lucky enough to win a trip to the beach on our ‘win a trip to the beach’ app. If your friends are not on facebook the app will allow you to enter your friends name instead. Friends tagged must be aged 18 years or over.

4. Only 1 entry per person per day throughout the promotional period. However, there is no limit to the number of times an individual can be tagged or nominated by friends, for example, if multiple friends choose to include them on their trip.

5. By entering the promotion, you will automatically be entered for the chance to win a NEWCASTLE BROWN ALE gift pack. There are 123 x NEWCASTLE BROWN ALE gift packs consisting of: 1 x NEWCASTLE BROWN ALE Schooner Glass, 1 x 550ml bottle of NEWCASTLE BROWN ALE, 1 x ‘Little Book of Canny’ & 1 x Presentation Tin size: 180mm 95mm 260mm.

6. 1 x gift pack winner will be drawn EVERY DAY from all valid entries THAT DAY (00.01hrs to midnight). Please note, only one gift pack will be awarded per person per day. Winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of their entry, requesting their name, address, postcode and date of birth in order to send them their gift pack. Please allow 28 days for delivery following receipt of winners’ details.

7. The Main Prize - There is also 1x prize of a trip for 4 people to Whitley Bay. The Main Prize consists of 4 x first class rail tickets to Whitley Bay (subject to availability) from your nearest railway station, 2 x nights accommodation for 4 people (2 x twin rooms) in a hotel in Whitley Bay subject to availability, 2 x evening meals for 4 guests based on £50 per head each night, £200 total spending money. All funds for the afore mentioned will be provided to the main prize winner in the form of to be agreed prior to the trip & 2 x cases of 500ml NBA bottles (each case contains 12 bottles) of Newcastle Brown Ale product to be drunk and enjoyed responsibly with friends. All other expenses not stated must be borne by the Winner and their guests. The trip must be taken by 30.06.12. If preferred the hotel can be booked in Newcastle and a day trip by taxi to Whitley Bay will be provided.

8. The Main Prize draw will take place on 01.02.12 and the winner will be drawn at random by independent means from all valid entries across the promotional period. Winner will be notified by email / phone by 08.02.11.
