Dress with big fabric flowers on the skirt

I know there is one of the 'top' designers who does a wedding dress with big flowers on the skirt - but I can't remember who.
Anyway while I was looking around at dresses for someone on the July 2012 thread I came across this dress. I have no idea how much it'd cost and whether it'd be much cheaper than the dress I'm thinking of but thought I'd share it incase anyone out there found it useful.

There is also a 'softer' version in the model Ascot.

I think you must be thinging of the Ian Stuart Masquarade, which I think is in the region of £3-4,000.
Gorgeous dress... you'd need a hell of a wedding for it to fit in I think. Definitely makes a statement!
