My tuppence worth - cancel the gym, cancel sky, get out & walk!!!!!! 5 miles a day will not only get you fit but help lift the depression (DK why, but it does, trust me....)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

unfortunately I am unable to shift any of my debts, e.g lx direct to egg or rbs as the limits on egg and rbs are fully used up.

My egg birthday is now jan, however there is not much I can do about it as I have no where to shift the £900 balance, to enable me to shift it back and get the birthday offer.

Ask them if they'll increase your credit limit.

What are the minimum payments on your cards?

I've worked this out with a 5% minimum payment - some of the cards will have 2% minimum.

    Expenses 376.52
    Loan + CC 391.6
    Total 768.12

This gives you a balance of 281.88

As has been suggested start a spending diary to see where this is going.
