Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online at 7:00 p.m. on 8 October 2011.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 6:00 p.m. on 22 October 2011.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than three working days of the closing date and time for all entries.

The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09049 596979and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 84066with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84066 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Hi do we need to put the answer (night) or just the letter (a) or both?

I put both,hope thats correct but when sending the text entry it just asks for the letter.With hindsight maybe I should have just put the letter down :-)

Its up to you, with the text entry you just put the letter, so you should be able to just put the letter online too. I put the answer so people have a choice.

Trip to the X Factor

A trip for the winner and three (3) companions to London to attend an X Factor 2011 show on 26 November 2011 (the “Show”), to include:

· Standard class return rail travel to London (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to London and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel);

· An invitation for the winner and three (3) companions to attend the Show at Wembley Arena (subject to venue restrictions, photographic ID may be required);

· Return ground transfers between the arrival rail station in London and the hotel;

· One (1) night bed-and-breakfast accommodation at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London on 26 November 2011 based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin or double rooms;

· Return ground transfers between the hotel and the Show venue for the winner and their companions; and

· A backstage meet and greet with the X Factor finalists at the Show (subject to restrictions and availability).

The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that the Show does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at either hotel for security deposit purposes. The X Factor show element of the prize must be taken up on 26 – 27 November 2011 and no other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companions are available to travel on 26 – 27 November 2011 in order to take up the X Factor show element of the prize.

The winner’s companions must be 12 years old or older. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes meals and drinks not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and personal expenses.

Car

A MINI Countryman car which is customised to the winner’s specification and which is worth up to an on-the-road retail value of £27,000 including VAT, along with first registration fee and road tax for the first year. The car will be delivered by MINI UK Limited to the winner’s home address in the UK mainland only at a date to be agreed between the winner and MINI UK Limited and on receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. The winner is responsible for insuring the car. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence.
