Hi Where does it say about them e mailing a pdf all i can see is the order form thanks

You just click on where it says free letter to santa and then choose your style of letter and personalise there are add ons like chocs ect which would be payable but the letter is not-then checkout and they send a confirmation email stating order details which should say free and also they email the PDF letter for you to print off.
