I struggled for ages with this too. It kept asking me to accept terms and conditions and I couldnt find where to do this. Eventually the page changed and asked me to confirm the order. However I used a gift card but it hasnt changed the total payment....wonder if they`ll knock it off the total amount before they take the payment ?0 -
I have sent them a email - no reply

I had the same problem with the disappearing confirm button so I called them and they said that as I was only spending £10 (for the handcream) there would be zero balance therefore the order would not be able to be placed. I mentioned that in the T&C of the voucher there is "no minimum spend" so I should be able to place an order. They are asking their IT dept to sort it out but I decided to buy the larger handcream anyway so the code was applied and I could place the order no probs. Hope this helps anyone having the same issue as I (and many others it seems) have had.0

I picked up 2 of the magazines today in WHSmith along with my filofax inserts for next year and managed to use the £5 off £15 spend voucher. I now have 2 £10 vouchers to use in Molton Brown, my OH is being sent as he works in the city where there is a store. I love the room fragrance and so will be buying the relaxing one for myself and another one for a Christmas present, great saving!0
