Not sure this is money saving simply would like to get it done.
We were painting a room recently and unfortunately an inconsiderate colleague of mine decided to spray paint the wall above my leather jacket without moving my jacket out the way. It now has a very visible dotted white effect all over it.
The paint is emulsion paint and the leather is buffed leather (so quite a cheap but soft leather).
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to strip the dots of paint off my jacket.
Have tried Olive oil (did not work), Hot Soapy water (I will try again) Rubbing alcohol (appeared to have no affect but removing the brown dye from the leather).
May try white vinegar or nail polish remover, or perhaps someone has a better solution?

try baby wipes they get most paint out of most things (rather worryingly!!!)I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.0

Managed to do it with a sponge, hot soapy water and lots of elbow grease, has discoloured slightly where I have abraded to hard, people pay for a patina though!0
