I won 2 vip rihanna tickets yesterday had phone call and WEM they all said organisers will be in touch. One said before 6pm yesterday and the other one said soon. The concert is tomorrow and still haven't heard anything, what should i do

It was an unknown number, replied to the WEM got no reply and asked on twitter they said they would check but not heard anything back. Was really looking forward to going aswell0
