We went into BHS in Edinburgh it was the most disgusting place I have been in, you also had to go up two flights of litter strewn stairs to the toilet, there was a note on the door saying you had to go tocustomer services for the key to the toilet. I used the unlocked baby change toilet. Never Again....

My BHS is very nice and all on one floor.

Sorry to see that the fish and chips offer has changed.

No longer worth using this at the BHS Restaurant in Merry Hill where the fish and chips are consistently soggy and barely warm.
