Problems removing name off joint mortgage

The Aunt apparently forged BFs signature on both remortgage apps - but it now appears that the BF was wholly complicient in their execution.
Accordingly, the fraud aspect becomes a little complicated due to both his knowledge and involvement in the matter (i.e providing wage slips, assisting the fraudulent apps in both the provision of such data, his failure to prevent the submission of the fraudulent documentation, and receipt of funds from at least one of the transactions.)
Indeed, now having futher info from the OP, it appears that the extent of the fraud is solely islolated to the fact, that the BF knowingly allowed his Aunt to forge his sig on the 2 sep apps and occassions in question. Which is a different matter to him not being party to or being aware at all, of such an event taking place.
OP & BF are advised to therefore tread v carefully .... or be v v careful what is divulged as to the level of his involvement in the events should they wish to officially pursue the fraud link ....
