Still not received mine so emailed them to let them know. Got this response from them.
Thanks for your email, I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your Perk.
We must allow 28 WORKING days for processing your perk, or returning your points to you via post.
(Due to high demand we have had to source extra Turkey & Tesco vouchers. This has pushed up turn around time, however they are now currently in the postal system, and will be with you very shortly. )
If we receive your order, and we know that your order is delayed longer than 14 days - we send you an email notification. Please check junk and spam. If it is not a Tesco voucher you are waiting for, and you have waited longer than 28 working days since posting, please supply your full postal address, date you submitted your points and Item/s you ordered for us to investigate with our Mailing Team.
