Hello
A friend gave us a voucher code for a school supplies firm. Basically £30 off a £30 spend....
I placed 2 orders which have been dispatched.
My friend placed a number of orders and they phoned her this morning about it. They want the actual voucher that should of been sent to her. They admitted there was a fault on their website and suggested she needed to pay the full amount or send back the stuff. They have despatched most of her orders and took the small amounts she had to pay.
Can they make her pay back full amount or return or once they have acccepted order, took money and despatched is that not legal binding ???
Any advice appreciated.
