Hope this is in the right pace, but I am really impressed with Argos support!
My niece bought an MP3 Player (Bush) in July and finally came over to visit me to ask me to help set it up.
After a while it was obvious it was faulty, but she had not got the receipt.
I rang Head Office and they arranged for me to make a swap at a local store without any proof of purchase (just that Bush is now owned by them).
Excellent service....!
