love herb teas...in fact I have a mug of Twinings Lemon & Ginger sitting next to me right now....has quite a spicy ginger kick to it, need it in this awful weather...lol0

I love herbal teas, as I don't like the taste of normal tea. I normally drink Nettle tea (a great detoxing tea) and Mandarin and Ginseng (great energising boost).0 -
my daughter drinks the green tea exclusively. She says it helps her spots and they do seem to have cleared up a lot.0
