love herb teas...in fact I have a mug of Twinings Lemon & Ginger sitting next to me right now....has quite a spicy ginger kick to it, need it in this awful weather...lol

I love herbal teas, as I don't like the taste of normal tea. I normally drink Nettle tea (a great detoxing tea) and Mandarin and Ginseng (great energising boost).

my daughter drinks the green tea exclusively. She says it helps her spots and they do seem to have cleared up a lot.
