Only one entry per person can be submitted during the period of the competition that runs from 1<sup>st</sup> January 2007 until 29<sup>th</sup> March 2007.
All entries must be submitted by 11.55pm (BST) on 29<sup>th</sup> March 2007.
One thousand (1000) winners will be picked randomly from all entries received on 30<sup>th</sup> March 2007.

EDIT - by process of elimination I think the answer is early 1920's.
