Surely they should have noticed when the promotional stock had run out and updated the website. Looks like they don't want to honour the promotion. Won't be using Zavvi or IWOOT again!! Very disappointed!!

I have emailed them and hopefully will get it sorted but very disappointed, will not be using them again for future sales.

I wonder if anyone has had a reply from Zavvi about getting a new code/ credit to account.

I too got the email saying that they had run out of the promo item, and yet it is still on their site at an increased price!! I was fuming and wrote to ask them how they were going to refund me the code. I'm not going to hold my breath for a reply.
