Hello,

Are there any lenders that are ok to provide mortgages to over 65's?

Thanks.

Yes there are - but your term (assuming status and income to service the reqd mortgage is satisfactory), will be limited by the lenders max age, which in todays market is typically no more than 75 yrs.

YBS did (prior to Chelsea merge) used to have flexability on their max age - you may want to have a chat with your local branch to see based on your personal circumstances, the max age they would be prepared to write your mortgage term to.

    Hope this helps
