Mortgage offer valid without job?

Hi. I wonder if someone could confirm for me.... If I get an offer for a remortgage, which I gather is valid for three months, but I become unemployed within the offer period (before I have accepted) can I still accept the offer or will the mortgage company withdraw the offer? Repayment isnt an issue, even if unemployed,…

Sorry, I had missed the fact that it is a remortgage. In that case, while the failure to notify the change in circumstances before the remortgage goes through would be fraud, at least if the lender pulls the plug OP would be no worse off than they are today. It is still fraud though, and a breach of the mortgage conditions.
