Tesco Photo Birthday Cakes 75% off

Unfortunately this is only in my local store (Serpentine Green) but they have reduced all the Tesco Photo Birthday Cakes from £10.00 to £2.50, apparently the machine that they use to put the photos onto the cakes has broken. I bought two cakes at lunchtime (for work) and they are lovely, everyone commented on how nice the cake is. This evening (5.30pm) there were still a lot left - they are in bread trays at the end of the cake aisle that backs onto the bakery. The cakes are really big and aparently they freeze really well.

this happened in our tesco a while ago too, i think they had run out of ink for the printer, i have to agree the cakes are really nice, with a generous amount of jam and cream

I bought 2 of these when they reduced them to £1 I froze them and when needed I got a cake topper off ebay, the cake was really nice and not overly sweet and sickly as some can be
