Just did my first ABAi mystery shop.
It was really easy and the questionnaire was really short!

Does anyone ever feel bad about giving negative comments? I know that they are probably looking for these as long as they are constructive and that it is the point of mystery shopping but I always feel bad doing it!

Also regarding ABAi, with the catalogue shops is there a link to register or do you have to phone them up? I missed the phonecall to confirm last time.
