They aint bad at all. V understanding. Did a job for them which I got a little confused on and they were lovely about it. Let me amend the report I'd done and send it back through. Even got a positive feed back email on it.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0

Hi All,
I'm feeling a bit annoyed about something, I think one of the MS companies is being a bit unreasonable.
Its not a company I work for very often but I did a job for them back at the start of Oct and had no proofreading queries or anything so thought it was ok. I was then paid for the job 2 weeks later. Unfortunately in the last two days I have had phoncalls and emails from them requesting more info and clarification on some of my answers and I'm actually feeling a little hassled. I can't remember a lot about the visit and shredded my notes after I received payment as I presumed they would ask for clarification on the report before they paid me so I'm getting confused with some of the stuff they're asking me for.
I rarely do jobs for them and it wouldn't be the end of the world if they let me go so I'm tempted to tell them what I think and refuse to answer any more queries on the job.
What do my fellow MSers think? Would you be getting annoyed with this too?0 -

I don't know what company you're talking about, but nearly all companies tell you to keep your notes for an average of 3 months, so I'm afraid you shouldn't have shredded them.0 -

It depends on what the query is really, is it a minor thing or something major? Also check what your requirements were re paperwork. Some companies require you to keep your paperwork for 6 months as clients do come back with queries late in the day.
I wouldnt tell them where to go but I would consider querying the reasons for the questions if they are very minor things. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
I signed up ti IMS about 2 weeks ago, last week i had an e-mail or maybe the week before to say there were some quick merchandising jobs with a list i picked a few and replied, they never got back to me, on the email it also said once i had completed a job i could see more jobs online.
I guess i'm getting a bit frustrated, as they don't seem to have anymore work i can access, is this normal?Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Its pretty minor really but they keep asking for more and more clarification on certain questions, my notes probably wouldn't have helped anyway as I only had the answers I wrote in the report and they want more. They're really confusing me with what they're asking, it has been a month since the visit.0 -

Ask them to email you once with a comprehensive list of queries they have as you are starting to get confused by all the questions coming in drips and drabs. Tell them you will address each concern as best you can and then expect the matter to be considered closed. Its not acceptable that they are seeking this much clarification for such a minor point. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
