Have you tried seeing your GP? I have a condition (PCOS) which causes excess hair growth and she referred me to the hospital and I now get laser treatment there. They only do 6 to see how it goes. I am going onto my 4th treatment at end of month. Remember laser works best for dark hair and fair skin. I am a red head but they are trying it on some of my darker hairs.

I have used Laserway in Belfast before and was happy with their service.

I also know my local beauticians off laser treatments so you could check out urs.
