I am looking for people to :
Ring and book apt with surgeon under a special free consultation scheme- (5 mins-may involve a call back to you)
You are to book the first appointment you are offered and attend it (15 -20 mins consultation)Consultation is free so shopper will not have to pay anything up front.

Easy report to fill in and you will be paid for phone and for visit parts.

Any age, any gender once you have a genuine issue for surgery.

Areas I need cover are:

Arnold, Nottingham NG5 8RX
