Anyone watching this? The other day Ruth made a dessert called something like "Mrs Cromwells not quite apple pie". It looked lovely and I would like to make it.
I have googled it and cannot find anything. Any ideas anyone?

This is the Masterchef receipe page and you cn filter by chef on the right but there's no 'Ruth'. Don't watch it so don't know if I've got the right programme/series?

I couldn't find anything by googling Ruth Goodman and apple pie, or Elizabeth Cromwell and apple pie. Except that it was an apple and quince pie and that it has cheese in it. If you are really enthusiastic I suppose you could try to follow it on iplayer but I missed that episode and I don't know how much method they actually aired. Sorry- not much help am I!0

Thanks for the replies. I have looked at the Masterchef site but the recipe is not there. There are celebrity recipes from previous celebrity shows but none yet from this one. Hopefully when the series ends the recipes will go on there.
In the actual episode we did not see enough of what Ruth did to even guess at the recipe. It looked lovely though and good comments from the judges, especially Greg and I really want to have a go at making itThe world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0
