Glad to be home. Been a long day and I am tired. Nothing interesting in post today for me

OH has been out and had his ear pierced again but has also been to Iceland and shopped ... Very surprised as with his eyesight being virtually non existent since his operation he is reluctant to do it on his own, so very proud of him tonight

Going to have a nice lazy night, will catch up on a few comps then snuggle up and watch TV.., so looking forward to a lie in tomorrow
morning as it's my day off. Bet I am still up early though

Hope you have a lovely day off tomorrow Becks and well done to your OH. Remember once my DH and I arrived at night in Spain in torrential rain, left our LO with his 2 brothers and ran to a shop to get milk and sugar and a few other things. In the morning we realised we had bought yoghurt and rice.

I don't even like yogs but LO does enjoy them, thou this was the 1st time I had brought anything but natural yog for him, so will be going back to that again.....don't think I will be buying theres again

morning world, went to Leeds Art Uni with dd yesterday for an open day, 1st thing we done was went into a meeting about finances and the presentation was a video from Martin Lewis that had been filmed 7 weeks ago in London, was sooo funny to go all the way up there and the 1st thing we see is Martin Lewis information, me and dd we're cracking up as she knows how much i love this site and love what martin does for everyone

Having a great month for little prizes- had a WEM from Wonga yesterday as I won a £5 Asda Voucher in their quiz, WEM from Doreen, won another bottle of Bacardi Oakheart and got another Waterstones Book to review! The book I have received isn't the one they say they have sent or the one I entered for but looks good anyway. I have emailed them about it. Hope the rest of the month is as lucky.

Sunny here today so going to try hanging some washing out.

Ooh yuk Jane about them yoghurts! I woud have written a complaint too. When DD was young I found a bone in a baby jar that she would have definately choked on if I hadn't seen it. I didn't buy the baby jars often neither except when I was out. I wrote to complain and got some money off vouchers but I never bought them again.

VW, I bet that was funny seeing Martin Lewis on screen...would make me want to comp! Did anyone see last weeks daybreak when Martin walked in front of the camera when presenters were talking? :rotfl: Martin ended up reading their script

Mum had the angiogram done yesterday and they put a stent in too to widen vessels. She is hoping to come home today
