Well I'm gonna vote yes, I love this site so I think Martin deserves a little thanks. We've worked hard to clear £22k off our debt on the past 12 months and couldn't have done it without this site being the rocket up my......

I'd like to vote for Martin getting 000 too.

I'd also like to point out to him and everyone else here that it's a big commitment becoming a DFW Nerd - you have to give people support on their diaries or in their posts!

So, when Martin gets his number, I hope to see the odd post from him on people's diaries and any good tips being posted on the main board like everyone else does...

Also, I look forward to him posting on the "what have you spent today" and the "what small DFW thing have you done today" threads!

That would be a fantastic morale booster.

Yeah but judging by his earlier post about his lifetime lack of debt, can you imagine how little there'd be to pick apart.....hmmmmm...small pickings, thinner DFWs.....best we send him over to the FF&DFW thread as well then, eh LA?!!

What, in addition to the newsletter, mutterings, blog etc.? ;)

I voted YES because I thought I was in heaven when I discovered this website, so many like minded people! Also, to me DFW can also mean you don't ever want to be in debt, again. I cleared mine before this site existed, oh how I wish it had been around when I was clearing mine. I'm sure I would have cleared it much quicker.

On the number front, SS, has to be 001 as it is his number. Could Martin pick his own?

(Yes, I'm also disappointed about him having an other half, but glad he is happy :))

I agree, SS is dfw 001 and should stay so, in fact I think you would have to search through the members with a fine toothcomb to find anyone who disagrees with that! :D

How about he becomes honourary member number 1 so maybe DFW H1 or something along these lines? 000 would put Martin at the top of the list and that place does belong to our SS.;)
