I had mine returned today because my Sainsbury Receipt did not show how many pots it was for. I enclosed the packaging and the receipt but it came back.

Received my cheque for £5.39 today, can't remeber what I paid, but they were half price in Tesco, and I paid mainly with coupons, so I think I paid about £1. My favourite is the orange flavour - delicious!

Is this offer printed on the pack? I bought some today in Tesco and no such offer shown. 2 x 8 for £4.

I did too however I claimed for 8 x 4 = 32 bottles. The total cost was £8.23 (£4 x 2 = £8 plus £0.23 for postage). Hence the £5.39 they sent me does not add up. I might follow it up with a letter.

Got the same - it seems that they automaticly assume that all purchases are on a BOGOF offer.

The new packs don't have the offer on, i had bought x3 packs with the offer on and needed one more pack in order to meet the minimum required, bought x2 packs today when i got home realised that weren't promotional packs thus can't use them for the offer
