Which mortgage - buy to sell

Hi all, a house has been offered to me at a very good price and is ideal to purchase as an investment. It needs some work but can be complete in around 2 months, and so I need a mortgage for around maximum 6 months. Anyone have any idea which one would be best for me and from where? I was thinking of a flexible mortage from ING direct, anyone have any comments on that mortgage?

Do you already have an exisiting property? If so, it may limit the lenders/mortgages available.
You would also need to make sure you have a scheme with no early Repayment chrages - there are plenty to choose from, you just need to make sure you find the right deal to suit your scenario.
