Anyone got any recommendations of things to do?
Probably around 15 women. Age about 35 - 40 (although think we are at least ten years younger).
Staying near Liverpool One. Could do with booking a restaurant. A nice but cheap & cheerful Italian would be good - along with any other recommendations.
Also where to go drinking - ideally bars which have a late licence & music (too old to queue to get in a club!)
All ideas welcome.....

I was a student in Liverpool for 4 years...
places to go:
traditional hen territory is concert square, but gets seriIously rough on a sat night. Hannah's on Hardman st is good, as is the Peacock bar on one of the sts off concert square (both a bit classier). then there's Heebie Jeebies and Bumper that are open til late. Ca Va tequila bar is worth a stop. That's a start anyway.
Restaurant wise, you'll be best with one of the Liverpool one places - loads of options/range of prices.0 -

Hi there is a website that does lots of well priced packages in Liverpool
UKgirlthing.co.uk they do a hotel with a spa-rty, where you get a meal, hotel accomodation and a pamper party where everyone gets a treatment, there is fluffy bathrobes, slippers, foot spas and a chocolate fountain. Really good for a second quieter night maybe?
How about hiring the vip box at the Liverpool Eye, where you'll get champagne and, a fab view of the city!
Matthew Street is always a good bet for a night out, plenty of fun places (Revolution etc), not full of 16 year olds!
Also when are you thinking of going? What about a day at Aintree racecourse? Doesnt have to be Grand National for you to get some glad rags on,sip champers and have a flutter on the horses!
Thats off the top of my head!!Ideas, help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!:happyhearMarrying my Mr Perfect 20130 -

It's only a few weeks away - just no-one seems to have taken control & got stuff organised!
Hotel booked. Just need a plan for Friday/ Saturday night & also Saturday day.
Thanks for the feedback so far.0 -
I second Mattew Street, it's fab for a bar crawl and not far from Liverpool One if you eat there where there are a few good restaurants. I've heard good things about Red Hot Buffet http://www.redhot-worldbuffet.com/redhot_liverpool.html
If any of you like 80s music, try the Reflex bar too.
For something to do in the day, what about a trip on the Ferry boat? Or a stroll and lunch at the Albert dock?
You definitely won't be bored, there is SO much to do in Liverpool, I hope you have a fab time! xTank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Pity the hotel is booked just when i was going to suggest something to do, not that i think i could manage all 15 of you.
I'll not change the sheets then.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
