Hello All,
As of last night, we are engaged.
The story for those of you who wish to know:
I popped to my friend's house for a gossip and drink.
Got to my friend house and ended up staying for an hr, she got me talking. Anyhow, i left and returned home. So i opened the front door, to find candles literally ALL over the living room and up the stairs. A huge bunch of flowers on the table and a card. Thinking it was purely a romantic gesture and nowt else, i opened it, reading to find at the bottom it said "Will you marry me?". So, i followed the candles up the stairs, OH was at the top, on one knee and holding a ring box. He asked me and i said yes. Ring is beautiful, really simple and classy - diamond shaped diamond with a high setting, love it!
Ahhhhh it was ACE and a total suprize!
We're thinking of 2013, potentially the summer time.
