It being "the most reliable index" to who's ever VI it fits that month.
No doubt it will have a more exagerated movement than all other indexes.
the -3.8 falls out this month I think, so a big YoY move is bound to happen.
But lets face it, that was the start of the Halifax data looking a bit odd.0 -
