I know this has been asked a thousand times, and I have searched the forum but can't find any old posts on it:
Which banks and building societies are doing 90% ltv for new build houses, first time buyers?
I thought halifax did, but i have just been on their website and it says you need 20% deposit?

Abbey were doing 90% for First Time Buyers.
