Yes, I used mine for the first time today and when I logged in it automatically kicked in.

My discount didn't kick in automatically. I had to go to the 'my account' on the body shop homepage & click edit details. My LYB number was already there, but I had to click update details & then the 30% discount was working for me.

Coupons (like the usual telegraph ones) don't work well with LYB card discounts and come out with a wrong price! If you are nice to them they will do it in different transactions for you and you get lyb discount off each discount. I got LYB discount when using telegraph voucher! Instore this is obviously!

What is the new customer code please? I was in store the other week and they sprayed the perfume on a leaflet and told me about the event.
I don't think i'll be getting the perfume for myself as I don't really like white musky smells but good idea for presents. Thanks

I'm just getting the buy one get one free on bodybutters, and only the 30% member discount (not on the reduced one either). Did you do anything special? I go through almost one tub a week and so only buy when I can get a good discount, thanks.
