Wahhh i just checked my points total and its dropped by about 1644 points and it still says i am getting my statement in May, anyone else had this???

I have just emailed them, it doesn't make sense taking away 1644 points! I gained an extra 2500 using codes this month.

Maybe they have rolled over to August and thats what i am getting in August and there systems are messed up.

Grrrr. Hope i get an explanation soon!!!

I've been totting up my clubcard vouchers this morning and then checking out the deals - we could be in for a real treat

What I need to know is this:-

I have some vouchers which expire Feb '08. Could I use these nearer the expiry date (say Jan '08) to buy clubcard DEAL vouchers (which I understand have a 6mth validity) which effectively would extend the expiry from Feb '08 to Aug '08?

Hi All - when do the points from my credit card get added to my points balance? Is it as and when I spend, when the statement's issued or when the clubcard quarterly one's issued?

Is there still a working £15 off grocery code?

Its for a friend thats doing her first time shop. She tried the one that was on here a couple of weeks ago that was supposed to expire on 20th may but its not working.

Anyone know of any please?

credit card points are added within 7 days (max)

Yeah I've just notice similar today, I'm down by just over 2000 points on yesterday I've written to them earlier today about it.

Hi Mikey,

Just gone on there again and it says i will get the points on there in my august statement so they must have deducted the points before updating the website so think the panic is over now and i should be getting £16 worth of vouchers shortly.

I was really hoping i would get the whole lot for this month though.Oh well as long as i get enough to go to the eden project on holiday in 6 weeks its ok and have at least £22 worth for August already

The mailing in May will only include points up to the cut off point at the end of April. Your 2500 points I assume you accumulated in May, you will receive in your August mailing.
I make it a point of never telephoning CS without querying on here first in case they ask were you got all the codes from and you lose them.:eek:

I agree it's probably better to check on here first befor bothering CS, don't want to draw too much attention to ourselves!
