Only got 500 points not £5 off
Phone up the helpline and they will put through a refund for the £5. It's a known issue so shouldn't be a problem.COPPERHEADJACK wrote:Hi has anyone got any new extra points codes for tesco.
I have exhausted the present 500 points on £50.
I have had to open a clubcard account in my dads name so I can use each code twice, they told me on the clubcard helpline that I could link his account onto mine.
so any new codes would be appreciated
I think there's a new wine club magazine being sent out so should be some big point offers for wine at least.0 -

The XX codes are shortened to make it easier for customers to avoid mistakes. They are both the same voucher.0 -

This is a targetted code, only works on account it was sent to.YvonneCrossland wrote:Sorry, the code ‘TD100FEB2007’ could not be accepted. The code may be invalid, could have been mistyped, or might be only for use in another store (e.g. you cannot use grocery or books ECoupon for Tesco Direct orders). Ref: EC1020
How can I get this to work? I'm trying to order at least 4 items totalling £530
