Phone up the helpline and they will put through a refund for the £5. It's a known issue so shouldn't be a problem.

Why is there two different versions of the same quotes? I thought all grocery online codes started with XX

The XX codes are shortened to make it easier for customers to avoid mistakes. They are both the same voucher.

thanks.....Just checkout and used the above code and seen the long long code when it was accepted
