Sorry, this one beats me - would be interested to know if any of the other brokers on here have ideas on it?
My only thought was that sometimes the smaller local building societies can help. Also if you bank with Barclays you may have a pre-agreed mortgage limit, in which case none of the other stuff matters.

Remember printing off payslips is a bad idea - lenders spot trends where several clients payslips all look the same. Brokers indemnity insurance wont cover them for this and they end up with £125k fines and property ceased.0 -
