The Vinyl Clock

I made myself a clock today out of a vinyl;

The vinyl is one of my own (The Smiths are my favourite band) which I paid for about 4 years ago and it was £5

the clock mechanism cost me £3 off Ebay, and you can buy all different shapes, sizes and colours to make your clock look really nice!

If someone got me one of these for Christmas, I'd be really chuffed, as they look great! And it's really cheap and affordable.

You can use CDs, 7'', 10'' and 12'' :eek:

that would be great with a picture disc...

i should imagine you could also adapt the idea too.

maybe a picture of a favourite band/ pet etc... stuck onto some thin ply, and then cut into a circle etc...

right where are my hubby's collectable picture discs that he says are worth alot of money:rotfl::p

I was going to use a picture disc, but decided against it, because I wanted it to actually look like a vinyl!

It still hasn't fallen off the wall, btw!
