Ceremony Music

Hi all. :)

What is everyone having go their ceremony music? I have pretty much got what I am walking down the ailse to, (the butterfly waltz), but have no idea what to walk out to.
OH doesn't like instrumental versions of pop songs etc, so those are out. But we want an up beat different song. Preferably no words either!

Any ideas welcome!!

Thanks guys! :)

that's a nice song floss2 :) I've not decided on what exact song I'm walking into yet (need to get sorted as need to take cd to registrar soon)
    We are having so far:
there's a kind of hush -hermans hermits for guests to arrive to
LOVE- micheal buble to sign the register
love and marriage - frank sinatra to exit to (thought might fetch a smie to peoples faces :p)
But as for me and my daughter entering ???? lol I was thinking marry me by train such a beautiful song or i heard amazed by lonestar on the radio the other day and thought that was really nice too....how do you choose??? lol
Sorry doesn't help you johannalf88...but how about putting into youtube instrumental wedding songs and seeing of that helps you in anyway?? :)

  • What about taking something more traditionally used for the entrance music? To give an example, my boyfriend's sister had Handel's Arrival of the Queen of Sheba as the exit music at her wedding, where it's more commonly used as the bride's entrance music. Something like the Trumpet Voluntary (aka Prince of Denmark's March) could work well too.

I've always also thought it would be lovely to have a movement from Vivaldi's Four Seasons as exit music, picking the one most appropriate to the time of year you get married.

Hmmmm. Upbeat. No words. Not a pop song.

This could be just the thing!

Hmm maybe not Mildred! I would have images of policemen running comically with batons! I do like the idea of Vivaldi- will have to have a listen n see if there is a suitable bit.

Ah, your guests would love it. :D

I can't believe you're even thinking of this now when the wedding isn't for another year!!!
